  8. Posterior Mediastinal Masses Neural tumor Neurobalstoma, ganglioneuroma, Ganglineuroblastoma Nerve root tumors Schwannoma, neurofibroma

  9. Airbronchogram Indicates that the opacity is parenchymal not mediastinal or pleural DDx: Consolidation ,Hemorrhage, Edema, Bronchoalveolar Cell Carcinoma, Lymphoma, Sarcoidosis, Alveolar Proteinosis
