  3. SCIENCE STARTER 15/18 NOVEMBER 2013 Have you ever heard the slogan “melts in your mouth and not in your hand?” That is the slogan for M&M’s. What if we did an experiment revolving around this idea. We are going to test what color of M&M ( red, green, yellow) will dissolve the quickest in water. Question: Hypothesis: 2. Question: What brand of cereal (apple jacks, frosted flakes, or captain crunch) has the most iron in it? Hypothesis: Variables: What color m&m, red, green, or yellow, will dissolve the quickest in water? If we test red, green, & yellow m&m in water, then red will dissolve the quickest. If we test Apple Jacks, Frosted Flakes, and Cpt Crunch for the amount of iron, then Apples Jacks will have the most iron. Different brans of cereal
