  7. Process completion • Once completed, click submit. • Email confirmation will be sent to the address that you entered with a password. • Log onto the system using your HCOP and the password provided. • Password can be changed on the View You Information page.

GIR Online Reporting System • Benefits • You no longer have to fill in at the rink. • Incidents are coded. • Reports go directly to the Decision Makers in the respective divisions and leagues. • It is mandatory that you file your report within 24 hours following the end of the game. • Keep your copy of the game sheet.

GIR – Adding an Incident • Clinking on the link provided takes you to http://www.odharefs.com/IncidentReports/login.jsp • A separate user ID will have to be created. • Referee gets the 4th copy (goldenrod) • Home team manager to provide the official an envelope to send report to District 1 along with game sheet.
