The median age in 2005 is 34.3 and it is predicted to change in five years to 35.9 years. • In 2005, females represented 49.6% of the population with a median age of 34.9 and males represented 50.4% of the population with a median age of 33.6 years. • In 2005, the most prominent age group in this geography is 35 to 44 years. The age group least represented in this geography is 75 + years.
