  2. Description of Beavers Habitat Beaver Food Beavers eat tree bark and things in the water. They enjoy lilies and berries. Beavers also eat leaves off of plants. They do not eat fish because they do not eat meat. Beavers are a brown color and usually weigh about sixty pounds. They have a flat tail that does not have any hair. A beaver’s back feet are webbed.
