How to Complete an Initial Registration • At MVC – - complete application (include – insurance company & personal policy number) • Out-of-State – secure original title (lien holder/bank or leasing company) • Proof of ownership - *New car – manufacturer’s cert. of origin & dealer’s cert. of sale *Used car – title signed by previous owner *Leased car – secure power of attorney (legal document that gives someone you choose the power to act in your place) from leasing company • Show proof of all sales tax!!! • Registration
