Mission Statement Alderman Elementary will provide a high quality education that appreciates diversity, high expectations, parental involvement, and produces contributing life-long learners in a safe and caring atmosphere. Academic Philosophy The Alderman School staff is committed to maintaining high expectations and to meeting the needs of “all” students. We will create a positive, caring atmosphere for learning, focus on the standard course of study, and monitor student performance, which will enable us to accomplish our school goals.

  5. Population Served Alderman Elementary is a K-5 grade school with a diverse population of 338 students.

Responsibilities • Assist/observe individual and group counseling • Assist/observe class lessons • Assist school wide assemblies • Office work: filing, copying, running errands • Attend PSM workshops and review board meetings • Conduct interviews with students • Participate in Bully Buster lunches • Participate in Diversity Day

  7. Would I recommend this site? • Definitely YES!!!! • Mr. Stanfield is a positive person and awesome to work with. He works hard to make your experience both enjoyable and educational. Alderman’s administration and faculty are very welcoming and helpful and the children at Alderman are a joy to be around.
