  3. An IMT is a team comprised of: • Personnel from single or multiple agencies and jurisdictions • Community resources

  6. An IMT is activated when an incident or planned event exceeds local capabilities

  7. An IMT can be used to perform either incident support or management of the entire emergency or event

  18. Identify training needs • Locate training resources • Conduct training for your team • The right training, at the right time, is critical for your IMT’s success.
