  1. Installing Citrix Receiverhttp://kccctx.kingsborough.edu

  2. Go to http://kccctx.kingsborough.edu

  3. Check the license agreement box and click Install

  4. When prompted to run or save Citrix Receiver file, click Run

  5. After it runs a security check…

  6. …click Install to install Citrix Receiver on your computer

  7. Please wait while Citrix Receiver is installed…

  8. When asked to run the ‘Citrix Systems, Inc.’ add-on, click Allow

  9. When the installation is complete, click Finish

  10. When prompted, enter your KB username (first initial & last name) and password

  11. Once logged in, you will see your name in the top right corner… …and a Kingsborough Applications icon in the middle

  12. Click on the icon to access the Desktop Viewer

  13. Please wait a moment while it connects…

  14. When a security warning appears, click Permit Use
