  2. La Mesa/El Cajon STEM career day that expands the horizons and curiosity of the girls about careers involving science, technology, engineering, math and careers affording better pay

  3. Victor Valley Presented the $tart $mart program to Cadet Girl Scouts (ages 12-15)

  4. Benicia-Vallejo Collaborated with five other like-minded organizations in the showing of "Miss Representation"

  5. California Online Viewed the film "The Invisible War" about sexual harassment in the military, did further research and had extensive discussions, all through their email listserve.

  6. San Jose This "Be In the Seats" sports program supports BAWSI for 3rd & 4th grade girls by advertising and promoting women’s sports in the community.

  7. San Diego This program entitled "High Tech = High Pay for Women" informed and inspired multi-generation attendees on the basics of career advancement through cutting edge technology and business preparation skills.

  8. San Francisco The branch made a presentation on Tech Trek to the Commission on the Status of Women, that resulted in a commendation to AAUWSF from SFUSD.
