Transactions being Migrated Background: • MILS transaction sets are expected to be migrated to DLMS in accordance with DoD Directive 8180.1 “DoD Logistics Use of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Standards”, as supplemented by USD (AT&L) memorandum dated 22 December 2003 (Migration to the Defense Logistics Standards). Objectives: • Migration of MILS DOC-ID AS and AU to DLMS 856S. • Accept, Process, and Output XML data from/to DAASC via SALTS. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Norfolk

  7. Lessons Learned Our process is to conduct a Project Retrospective (includes lessons learned) after the Release Readiness Review (RRR) which is scheduled for 30 Apr 08.
