Realised activities… • Transposing the legal subject from the University members to the University January 1, 2006 • Full integration of teh chairs and distribuing the courses in them • Integracija instituta u JU Univerzitet u Zenici (mart.2006) Integration of the institute in JU University of Zenica March 2006) • Forming the Board – forum for the quality at the university – appointing the managers and members of the team • Forming the unities for quality at the level of each organization unit – the faculty • Appointing the ECTS Coordinator at the Fasculties and at the University • Adapted major part of the ECTS documentation • The Curriculum puted in accord with ECTS pointing system which is unified at the University of Zenica level • First generation of the students according ECTS pointing system in all the members since the year 2005

Implementation problems • Insufficient knowledge of subject from lecturing personnel and students. • Problemi s vođenjem dokumentacije, nedostaje softverska podrška. Problems with documentation treatment, the lack of software support. • To much of documentation – evidention list for each student – doubling the data in Home Books (mutuali exclusive documents)

Following activities • Making the prospect material and other forms of informing (public conferrences) the students and lecturing personnel aiming to make them better acquinced with the ECTS • Establishing the procedures to change the documentation according the demands of QMS and ECTS • Creating temporary software solution for the data base at the faculties – supported by an adequate collection of documentation in the form of Home Books • Netting and centralisation of the data archive • Intensifing the cooperatin with partners institutions • The programs of stimulating the students and lecturin personnel flow up • Synchronising the names of courses in the same groups with other B&H Universities
