  23. Participation Attendance • Less than 75%, no CCA point for the year • Less than 50%, all CCA points accumulated will be forfeited.

  24. Participation • Award of points for up to: Main CCA and 2 activities

  25. Service • Community Service • 24 – 39 hours = 1 point • 40 – 59 hours = 2 points • 60 – 79 hours = 3 points • 80 – 99 hours = 4 points • Above 100 hours = 5 points

  26. NCC/NPCC/Band • Not permitted to change the above CCA except for medical reasons • Otherwise all points will be forfeited

  27. 2nd CCA • Only for RepresentationandAccomplishment • At least 50% attendance for those in Sports and Games

  29. Change of CCA • Step 1: Get approval from your current CCA teacher in charge • Step 2: Get the change of CCA form from the General Office • Step 3: Go find another CCA that is willing to take you in. Ask both teachers in charge to sign on the form • Step 4: Return the form to Mr Teo KB (Overall CCA in charge) for approval.

  30. Attendance • Absent from CCA without valid reason • Follow school rules on absent from school without valid reason (To get a BETA form at the 4th time)

  31. Attire • Only School attires are allowed: Eg. • PE attire • CCA attire

  32. Others • Keep your training area clean and tidy • CCA will start from 3.45pm onwards. Do not skip remedial (2.30pm to 3.30pm) for CCA. • Take care of your own belonging

  33. Major Physical Activities FY2009 • Secondary One CCA selection – 13th Jan to 16th Jan • NAPFA Test – 1st April (For all Boys) and 2nd April (For all Girls) • Intra Class Sports and Games Competition – 25th May to 29th May • Sports Day – 30th June • Cross Country – 4th September
