Founding Fathers • John Jay • John Jay is famous for being the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. • Benjamin Franklin Benjamin Franklin is famous for many things this is one f them, he invented the lightning rod. • George Washington • George Washington was the first president of the United States. • Alexander Hamilton • Alexander Hamilton was the first secretary of treasury.

  3. 3 Regions + What Made Them Unique New England The states of New England are Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island. The things that made New England unique were the whaling, trapping, and logging. Middle Colonies The states of the Middle Colonies are New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The things that made the Middle Colonies unique were the cobblers, wigmakers, and silversmiths. Southern Colonies The states of the Southern Colonies are Maryland, Virginia, North and South Carolina, and Georgia. The things that made the Southern Colonies unique were the rice, sugarcane, and tobacco.

  4. Jobs One job during colonial times were milimers, there jobs was to make shirts, shifts, aprons, heckerchiefs ect. Another job was a weaver, they weave wool, flax, hemp, and silk. The third job was a silversmith, what they did make silver.
