EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL AND ADDITIONAL TRAINING HAVE PROBLEMS • MONEY • QUALITY • MOTIVATION • RURAL AREAS ESPECIALLY RISKY

  3. MURMANSK REGION IN SOCIAL WELFARE PROBLEMS: 1.THE INCREASING USE OF ALCOHOL ANDDRUGS AT EVER YOUNGER AGES 2. HIV / AIDS IN ACCOCIATED WITH INTRAVENOUS DRUG USE, BUT ALSO WITH GENERAL POPULATION 3. SOCIAL SERVICES INSTITUTIONALISED 4. SOCIAL WELFARE SYSTEM RECOGNIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL WORK POORLY 5. PRISONERS, HOMELESS PEOPLE AND TUBERCULOSIS.

  4. FIELDS OF PRIORITY IN SOCIAL WELFARE 1.Implementation of joint efforts by the public sector and organizations to prevent drug abuse among young people 2. Implementation of work to alter young people`s lifestyles and to prevent and treat communicable diseases (HIV / AIDS, sexually-transmitted diseases) 3. Linking of social work to be part of family services and increasing general practitioner activities 4. Communication of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis
