  1. MY HEALTHY CHALLENGE For one week I will challenge myself to: eat only healthy foods drink lots of water give up all TV, electronic games and equipment exercise every day read every day BY A YEAR 5 STUDENT

  2. Day 1 - Monday Foods and drinks • Weetbix with milk • Orange juice • Muesli bar • Chicken salad sandwich • Banana • Muffin • Lamb curry with rice • Milo • Water Exercise and activities • Swimming training (45 minutes) • Reading my book (1 hour)

  3. Day 2 - Tuesday Foods and drinks • Scrambled eggs on toast • Milk • Muffin • Vegemite sandwich • Water • Apple • Cheese and celery with yoghurt dip • Spaghetti bolognese • Warm Custard Exercise and activities • Walking the dog (30 minutes) • Playing Uno (30 minutes)

  4. Day 3 - Wednesday Foods and drinks • Baked beans on toast • Milo • Cheese and crackers • Apple • Pasta salad • Water • Celery sticks with yoghurt • Fruit salad • Fish, rice and vegetables • Stewed apples with custard Exercise and Activities • Netball training (1hour) • Reading my book (45 minutes)

  5. Day 4 - Thursday Foods and drinks • Banana on toast • Milk • Muesli bar • Water • Orange • Ham and salad sandwich • Apple juice • Cheese and bacon scroll • Beef stirfry with noodles Exercise and activities • Bike riding (45 minutes) • Reading my book (1 hour)

  6. Day 5 - Friday Foods and drinks • Oats with warm milk • Orange juice • Carrots with yoghurt dip • Sushi • Water • Raspberry muffin • Milk • Roast chicken with cous cous and broccoli • Custard with bananas Exercise and activities • Soccer training (1 hour) • Reading my book (1 hour)

  7. Day 6 - Saturday Foods and drinks • Poached eggs on toast • Milo • Banana smoothie • Vegetable frittata • Apple • Muesli slice • Lasagna and salad • Popcorn (no butter) • Water Exercise and activities • Game of tennis (1 hour) • Beachwalk with the dog (30 minutes)

  8. Day 7 - Sunday Foods and drinks • Pancakes with fresh fruit • Orange juice • Roast beef with roast vegetable salad • Bread • Water • Muffin • Tuna broccoli pasta • Custard with stewed pears Exercise and activities • Football at the park (1 hour) • Playing a board game with the family (2 hours)
