  2. 票卡售價 本案係高雄市環保基金專案補助計畫，實施期間至100.12.31。每張票卡原價1250元，現在只要600元。 • 環保基金補助每張150元 • 高雄捷運公司補助每張250元 • 企業補助每張250元 • 公司員工自付每張600元

  3. 每月底前2個工作日 每月10日前 高捷公司配發票卡至各企業 高捷公司受理企業申請 申請流程 每月15日 每月15日 環保局進行資格審查 高捷公司製卡 企業匯款給本公司 ※本案製卡數量一經申請則無法異動

  4. 適用對象 • 由環保局釐定，本公司配合實施製卡、發卡及請款。 • 每月限量5000張。 • 申請對象以企業為主體，不接受個人申請，且以繳交空污費之企業優先。 • 每次申請數量不拘。

  5. 使用方式 • 本卡使用期限至當月月底，可不限次數、不限里程搭乘高雄捷運及高雄市公車 • 本卡應併同企業識別證使用，進出閘門時會顯示剩餘天數(含當日)，若遇車站人員查票時，持卡人應配合主動出示本卡與企業識別證。 • 本卡屬非記名式卡片，若遺失則無法掛失、補發及退費。」 • 捷運車資本公司依法不開立發票，僅能開立購票證明予申請企業。

  6. 釋疑 • 一旦完成申請，如何索取票卡?如何匯款?請於每月10日前提出申請，並於每月15日前匯款到「戶名：高雄捷運股份有限公司營運專戶，帳號：台灣銀行高雄分行011001187293」。票卡製卡完成後，會由捷運公司負責配送至各企業窗口。 • 倘若員工原已購買30或100天數的漫遊卡，其票卡使用期限是否與捷運漫遊卡時間重疊?後續應如何處理?本案為環保局補助專案，與一般漫遊卡性質不同，不受理換購。
