  2. ประโยชน์ของการลงทะเบียน Clinical Trial Registration • วารสารที่อยู่ในกลุ่มของ International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) จะยอมรับเฉพาะงานวิจัยที่ผ่านลงทะเบียนในระบบนี้ โดยเริ่มบังคับตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2548 • วารสารอื่นๆ ที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในกลุ่มของ ICMJE มีการใช้ระเบียบนี้มาบังคับใช้มากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ หากไม่ได้ลงทะเบียน งานนั้นอาจะไม่ได้รับการยอมรับให้ตีพิมพ์ในวารสารที่มีชื่อได้

  3. การลงทะเบียน ฯ ที่ถูกตามข้อบังคับของ ICMJE นักวิจัยจะต้องลงทะเบียนงานวิจัยทางคลินิกแบบทดลองก่อนที่จะเริ่มต้นการวิจัยในอาสาสมัครรายแรกเสมอ Websiteที่ลงทะเบียน ได้แก่ • The Thai Clinical Trials Registry (TCTR) • clinicaltrials.gov • ISRCTN • Australian New Zealand Clinical Trials Registry

  4. ขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียน Step 1: สร้าง username/password • Step 2: กรอกรายละเอียดของงานวิจัยในระบบ • Step 4: อัพเดทข้อมูลการดำเนินการเป็นระยะๆ • Step 3: รอการตอบรับการลงทะเบียน

  5. ผู้วิจัยที่ต้องการลงทะเบียนใน http://clinicaltrials.gov สร้าง Account ด้วยการส่ง E-mail เพื่อขอ Username และ Passwordจาก Administration โดยพิมพ์ ชื่อภาษาอังกฤษ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์เพื่อใช้ติดต่อ มาที่ รศ.พญ.ศิริลักษณ์ สุขสมปอง E-mail address: sirilak.suk@mahidol.ac.th • เมื่อได้รับ Username และ Password แล้ว ให้ลงทะเบียนเข้าระบบที่ https://register.clinicaltrials.gov

  6. เลือก Create ภายใต้หัวข้อ Protocol Records

  7. กรอกรายละเอียดของ Protocolที่จะสร้างใหม่ในหน้า Create New Protocol Record

  8. กรณีที่ผู้วิจัยต้องการคำอธิบาย หรือตัวอย่างการกรอกข้อมูลในแต่ละช่อง ผู้วิจัยสามารถคลิก link หัวข้อที่มีเส้นใต้ทางด้านซ้ายมือของผู้กรอก โดยเว็บไซต์จะแสดงหน้าต่างคำอธิบายวิธีการกรอกข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องในแต่ละช่อง

  9. การอัพเดทข้อมูลหลังจากได้ ClinicalTrials.gov ID

  10. การอัพเดทข้อมูลระหว่าง และหลังดำเนินการวิจัย
