  1. Once Again, Another All NEW Deaf Literacy Project! Who: For Deaf and hard of hearing persons. What: A much EASIER and BETTER way to learn English! Where: Access Living 115 W. Chicago Ave. Chicago, IL 60654 When: Morning, afternoon, and evening times, starting Feb. 7th, for 15 weeks, ending May 19th. Classes are FREE! *Persons MUST call me via VP OR SEE ME in person to register by Feb. 4th for the classes due to class size & scheduling limits.
