  5. 5. Navigate to the Military Personnel and Civilian Employees Section. 7. Input Unit UIC 6. Select User role. 8. Select Next 5

  6. User roles • Personnel Services Clerk • Personnel Admin Clerk • Unit Commander (UCMDR) • Physician • Deputy Commander of Clinical Services • Physician Clerk • Care Manager • Medical Evaluation Board Doctor • Physician Assistant/ • Nurse Practitioner • Installation Admin

  7. 9. Verify all information entered is correct. Select confirm 10. Registration is complete. Select Exit 7
