  3. Self-Assessment of All-Round Development • Participants: 9,213 F/T Sub-degree or Undergraduate new Freshmen • % by Gender: Female (54%), Male (46%) • % by Cohort: 2006 (32%), 2007 (31%), 2008 (37%)

  4. Self-Assessment of All-Round Development • Questionnaire: Self-Assessment of All-Round Development (SAARD) Questionnaire • Procedure: Students assessed their own development along 14 Generic Competence areas (e.g. Leadership, EQ, Creative Thinking, etc.)

  5. FEMALE rated themselves HIGHER in: Self-Assessment of All-Round Development

  6. MALE rated themselves HIGHER in: Self-Assessment of All-Round Development
