  7. Physical Programme - Local Investment Fund £5m fixed programme of investment in non-council neighbourhood assets Minimum investment of £15,000 - Maximum £250,000 67 projects 23 projects have already received funding agreements A number are already completed Project Visits

  15. Peace III European Programme Over the past 2 years £4million has been committed to partnership based programmes to address issues of sectarianism and racism in our city

We cannot realise our objectives on our own In a complex environment, Leadership is key Counterbalanced by a commitment to partnership working Early and ongoing engagement with our communities Support for community infrastructure – capacity building Local data and intelligence – evidence base for decisions
