Accreditation PlanIntroduction & Getting started “My Accreditation Plan” The Accreditation Plan is a module of your “CPP Dashboard”, which enables you together with your Channel Sales Manager (CSM) and the Accreditation review committee (ACR), to have an exact overview of your accreditation status. Uses of the Accreditation Plan • You can follow the entire workflow of accreditation, from request to approval; • You can choose and add new specializations from the Alcatel-Lucent portfolio; • You can change your own solution specialization portfolio; • You can directly communicate with your CSM and also with the ACR on your accreditation needs.

My Accreditation PlanOverview Your Accreditation Plan is divided into 6 parts: Your Company details Your Service capabilities Your Specializations – Standard Level Your Specializations – Advanced Level Other Specializations Available Comment section Lets focus on each part in the following pages.

My Accreditation PlanService capabilities • Service capabilities is the measure of the quality of service you provide to your customers; • The requirements varies depending on your contract and your achieved level of certification; • We expect from you to fulfill your achievements based on a self audit, by using the proposed drop-down list.

My Accreditation planSolution Specializations • Specializations - Your current list of standard and advanced solution specializations; • Certification Level – The type of certificates which corresponds to each specialization; • Required – Number of certificates expected for each specialization; • Achieved – Number of certificates obtained for each specialization; • To Do – RED or GREEN colored boxes to indicate your current specialization status; • Reference – Source of the specializations requests.

My Accreditation planView Standard & Advanced level requirements • This allows you to change the level of your current specializations (if desired); • For any listed Standard specialization you can View the advanced level requirements and vice versa, if applicable (1); • By clicking it you explore the Certification report for the specialization at that level (2); • By clicking “Add to Specialization” you can include it to your accreditation plan (3); • The selected specialization is then displayed in the list for submission to the ACR (4). • 1 • 2 • 3 • 4

My Accreditation planSpecialization • The “Delete” button enables you to remove any particular specialization you do not need anymore from your accreditation plan; • A red“!”shows up on certifications green box when, at least one certificate is going to expire within 9 months. This enables you to complete the certification before the expiry date; • By clicking on the type of certificate (ex: ACFE), a certification report pops up with the details of the current achievement.

My Accreditation planIncluding New Specializations • You can use “OTHER SPECIALIZATIONS AVAILABLE” optionto include new specializations to your accreditation plan (1); • You can decide on the Standard or Advanced level (if available) for this specialization (2); • By clicking Advanced/Standard, the specialization is included to the selection which has to be submitted for approval (3); • The tool also detects and lists specializations whose requirements are fulfilled under status Auto-Detection (3). • Note :For each new specialization granted you may be requested to sign a new Product Addendum 1 2 3

My Accreditation planDownloading, Commenting & Closing plan • You can send comments and requests to your Channel Sales Manager and Accreditation Review Committee; • You can still see the previous comments in the comments history box; • You can download your entire accreditation plan in excel; • You can also print your accreditation plan.

My Accreditation planDownloading, Commenting & Closing plan Saving & closing the plan is the final action not to miss: Don’t Save button: It doesn’t save any of the changes in the accreditation plan; Save button: It saves all the changes currently in the accreditation plan (including comments), but it does not close the plan; So, always closethe Plan by using the “Close Plan” button on top of the page.

Conclusion • By using “Your Accreditation Plan”, you can instantly manage your specialization portfolio; • By using “Your Accreditation Plan”, you can easily communicate with your CSM; • An ACR review is done every month. In case of any change you will be informed directly of the outcome; • After the review, accreditation plan and/or discount are updated accordingly; • All the changes are mapped in the Partner locator and diplomas with new status will be sent to you.
