  6. General Objective To raise the awareness of the risk from failures of security measures at the Port Facility

  7. Specific Objectives • To test the procedures for the management of a perimeter security failure • To raise the awareness of the threat of unauthorized personnel entering the Port Facility • To test the procedures for handling “intruders” in Port Facility premises • Meet or better the specified benchmark response times for this drill

  8. Required Attainments • Security staff will be able to: • Detect a failure in the Port Facility’s perimeter security • Apply procedures in the Port Facility security instructions to prevent an entry through the perimeter fence • Recognise, challenge and apprehend intruders in accordance with the Port Facility’s security instructions
