About Us • passed down from Spencer’s grandfather • previously known as Broadway Café • idea grew from lack of coffee shops open late for graveyard shift workers • located in downtown Laramie, Wyoming • open 24 hours a day, seven days a week • strive to deliver best coffee and food available • ambition = succeeding customer expectations

  3. In-Store Products • variety of products available in store • coffee/ espresso • ice cream • bagels • muffins • cookies • fresh fruit • provide both healthy and sweet treats for any time of day

  4. In-Store Services • physical store provides two main services • catering • live music performances • suitable for both business and individuals • services unique to our store, give edge over competition

Online Products & Services • specialize in coffee as our online product • provide a variety of flavors from around the world • exclusive to our online front, not all found in store • offer multiple services to our online account-holding customers • online pre-orders • catering orders • live music applications

Storefront Marketing • offer three main marketing strategies • punch card– ten punches = free drink of choice • late night and early bird specials– 25% off your order during specified times • information board– includes details on latest events and specials • created with customers in mind • striving for a better experience with and for customers

Online Marketing • developed three marketing techniques unique to online store • pre-order discount– encourages ordering ahead for quicker service and more convenience • upcoming events– latest events schedule • email signup– receive coupons and stay in the know • keep customers involved without having to visit store

  8. Metrics • decided on three specific metrics to gauge company success • length of stay on website per visitor • number of registrations filled out per 100 visitors to online site • number of individual hits to website • metrics specific to online storefront

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Plans • create accurate and detailed customer database • use information to specify promotions and events to certain customers • communicate more effectively and often with customers • create stronger relationships with customers • use to suggest friendly relationships among customers based on interests • provide incentives to be a valued customer
