  2. Menyiapkan Peralatan Langkah 15 • Siapkan peralatan untuk mencabut Implan-2: • skalpel • klem mosquito dan pean lurus

  3. Anestesi Lokal Langkah 16 • Aseptik-Antiseptik • Lakukan anestesi lokal di tempat insisi dan di seperempat ujung bawah kapsul (depositkan di bawah kapsul).

  4. Insisi Kulit Langkah 17 • Lakukan insisi kulit.

  5. Membebaskan Kapsul Langkah18 • Dorong ujung kranial kapsul ke arah luka insisi hingga ujung kaudal mencuat keluar dan dapat dijepit dengan klem mosquito dan bersihkan jaringan ikat yang melingkupi ujung kapsul

  6. Menjepit Ujung Kapsul Langkah 19 • Jepit ujung kapsul yang sudah terbebas dari jaringan ikat (dengan pean lurus) sambil mengendurkan jepitan klem mosquito pada ujung kapsul
