  3. Physical Abilities & Alcohol • Seeing & Speaking Abilities • Impaired visual acuity, night vision, peripheral vision, & depth perception See page 317 • Reaction Time & Coordination become slow & clumsy • Poor turns, late braking, timing of stops & starts

  9. Implied Consent • Every state has this for drivers. • Automatically consent to be tested for BAC and other drugs if stopped for suspicion of drug use while driving.
