  3. Quantitative Analysis • 3-5 Years Audited Financial Statements • Operating Performance - Historical and Proforma - Cash Flow Sufficient to Cover Future Debt Service Payments • Financial Resources - Investment Portfolio - Capital Campaign • Collateral considerations, if any

  4. Sources of Repayment • Primary – Cash Flow From Operations • Secondary – Liquidation of Cash and Investments • Other – Sale of Property, other assets

  5. Financial Covenants • Debt Service Coverage Ratio - Cash Flow (EBIDA) - Debt Service • Unrestricted Cash and Investments to Debt Ratio - Liquidity to Debt - Steps up Over Time - Goal = 1.0: 1.0 Coverage of Debt • Other - Negative Pledge on Assets - No Additional Debt, Bank willing to discuss carve out provisions - Cross Default With Other Debt
