  4. The Government of Canada has data that can help youth make informed career choices

  5. ESDC’s open data governance structure/data release strategy encourages developers to create apps or data visualizations

  6. Youth are not engaging with GoC data on jobs

  7. Youth are engaged when playing games

  8. 10,000 hours of effortful study at anything by age 21 will make you a virtuoso- Malcolm Gladwell “Outliers”

  9. Games can be used to solve real problems

  10. Linking youth, GoC data, and games will engage youth and help them make informed career choices
