  2. COLLEAGUE Is the college’s administrative student information system. Was implemented at Bergen Community College in 1999 Is a product of Datatel, Inc.

  3. To log in to COLLEAGUE you must have an account, a user ID and a password.

  4. Colleague userids are limited to 8 characters in length • Colleague passwords are limited to between 6 and 8 characters and must have at least 1 number and 1 letter • Colleague userids and passwords are case sensitive

  5. COLLEAGUE MAIN MENU that appears after successful login

  6. Check the application –ST appearing over the main menu means you are in the student system.

  7. Icons on the main menu of Colleague

  8. Click on a folder to open it and see all the submenu choices

  9. Icons represent what a screen’s function is.

  10. On a COLLEAGUE screen, icons have specific meaning or may bring you to another screen. Drop down for a list of acceptable entries

  11. COLLEAGUE TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES • Training is provided by your department • Classes for generic COLLEAGUE processes are offered by CIT throughout the year • Help documents on the website supplement generic training
