RYLA 2013 BURGAS, BULGARIA 2482 D “PEACE AND SERVICE THROUGH RYLA” . 31 MAY - 02 JUNE IN BURGAS, BECAUSE: Burgas is the biggest city in South-East Bulgaria and the fourth largest town in Bulgaria. The second biggest airport and the biggest cargo harbor in the country are located in Burgas. The town is an important centre for the sea tourism with plenty of facilities and transport connections to the resorts on the South Black Sea coast. The combination of RYLA, summer time, sandy beaches, crystal clear blue sea and 16 young adults is the perfect recipe to make it “great “!!! About the participants: The participants should be between 19-25 years old and a standard application form, sent by us, must be completed Clubs forward applicant’s details no later than 1/5/2013. The Seminar will take place at Atlantis Hotel. It will start at 16:00 Friday 31stMay and will end on Saturday 2th June by noon. The cost for each participant paid by the sponsoring Rotary Club is only 70 Euros, which will cover part of the expenses associated with the program. Each Rot. Club will arrange for transportation of his/her participant to Burgas and return transport. I sent you an application form to be completed by the participant and the President of the sponsor Club, as well as a letter to the potential participant. The core curriculum of the RYLA Seminar will utilize: • workshops and lectures that introduce the fundamentals of effective leadership; •character building; •striving to achieve results; •emotional intelligence and leading charge. Participants will have the opportunity to put their leadership skills into practical application throughout a 3-day Seminar. They will be able to exchange ideas, opinions and plans with young gifted energetic people like themselves, in an atmosphere free from pressure and distraction. They will meet active Rotary leaders and learn about Rotary and the meaning of the R.I. theme: PEACE THROUGH SERVICE.
