HOW was it developed? • May 2007 : Draft framework piloted (South Africa) • Oct 2007: Research students and other actors critique draft framework (UK) • Nov 2007: 40 Practitioners from 20 countries engaged with and critiqued framework (South Africa) • April 2008: SARN Coordination • May 2009: Publication and Implementation
June/July 2008: 6 week online debates with 88 practitioners, 42 countries, 4 languages simultaneously • 8 pilots – testing tools and adding new ones plus national level evaluating Reflect workshops (Angola, Guinea Bissau, Guinea Conakry, el Salvador, Madagascar, Senegal, Sierra Leone, UK) • Action Aid reviews – learnings integrated • Production of ‘zero’ edition framework: English, French, Spanish & Portuguese
