  1. “Alliance for CDYHL Player Development” • We, the Hockey Directors of Aspen, Glenwood, Steamboat, Summit and • Vail/Eagle Hockey, will work together to provide high level training & tournament • opportunities, with the objective of challenging & developing the mountain hockey • player. • We will offer teams at Bantam AA, PeeWee AA, and Squirt A. • We plan to participate in ~3 tournaments, an early preseason, Christmas, • and Presidents Day or possibly post season. • Coaching staff composed of experienced Hockey Directors. • Open to all CDYHL players.

  2. “Alliance for CDYHL Player Development” • Q & A • How will the team be selected? • A team of 3-6 CDYHL Hockey Directors will evaluate players during • an evaluation camp. • Will there be any practices/clinics? • Yes, we plan on holding pre-tourney practices/training sessions • Who is eligible? • Each player must be a current season CDYHL player with any • CDYHL team, with association approval per CDYHL rules. • How much will it cost? • Please see the budget proposal attached • 5. Do we need to purchase anything else? • Possibly, Jersey cost may be added, we are investigating options to • best manage costs

What if there is a conflict with my home CDYHL team? • We will do all we can to avoid conflicts, your home association team is • your PRIMARY team, you must be in good standing with your primary • association to be eligible for this opportunity. • How many players will be selected per team? • not to exceed 15 skaters + 2 goalies (5 alternate skaters, and 1 alternate goalie will be invited, and pay only a $50 practice fee, unless invited to games) • When will the evaluation camp be held? How much will it cost? Where? • We are planning for Oct. 5th and 6th. Cost will be $50 and include 2 ice sessions, at Dobson arena • What tournaments are you planning? • For U14 & U12 Vail Sportsmanship Nov 1-3, Co Cup Dec 27-30, and TBD for Feb/Mar. Squirt A dates Aspen Oct 26-27, Co Cup Dec 27-30, and TBD for Feb/Mar

If invited to • participate, you will register online – web address will be provided. • Is there a refund policy? • No refunds will be made unless an alternate player agrees to take over a • prorated amount of your fees. This must be approved by the Exec staff. • 12. Where will the funds be deposited? • Bob Chesnutt will serve as treasurer, a sub-account under Summit Hockey • will be utilized. • Who will roster the teams and enter the tourneys? • Bob Chesnutt is the registrar.
