  5. QBS Process • Define Project • Public Notice • Evaluation • Selection • Contract Negotiation

  6. Define the Project • Need, Purpose, and Objective • Various Components • Timetable • Unique Situations or Known Problems • Budget • DO NOT REQUEST COST INFORMATION • Required for Existing Relationship
