Towards a model of integrated healthcare in Camden • NHS Camden is part of the North Central London cluster of Primary Care Trusts who are working collectively to address the many challenges facing the health system today. The following overarching vision guides Camden’s local strategic design and priority setting process: • Through working with local people and partners we will improve the health and wellbeing of our population, reduce inequalities and maximise value in terms of outcomes, quality and efficiency from services provided to patients.
