RECRUITER: Could you tell us about yourself? • CANDIDATE:I have been working on finance field as finance manager for 4 years with a variety of duties and responsibilities in various jobs and companies. Now i am looking out for a new challenge in your company. • RECRUITER: Could you tell us about your last job? • CANDIDATE : My last job involved talking to clients, writing reports on financial assessments and managing 11 people and giving presentations. NOTE:MAKE THE STUDENT TO CONSIDER HIMSELF THE CANDIDATE AND YOU THE RECRUITER AND MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THE DIALOGUES THROUGH CONVERSATIONS.

  4. RECRUITER: What are your strengths? CANDIDATE:I am good at analyzing data and planning. RECRUITER: What are your weaknesses? CANDIDATE: My weakness is being too detail-oriented. RECRUITER: What can you bring to this job? CANDIDATE:I can bring 10 years of experience managing people in a similar role in this industry. NOTE:MAKE THE STUDENT TO CONSIDER HIMSELF THE CANDIDATE AND YOU THE RECRUITER AND MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THE DIALOGUES THROUGH CONVERSATIONS.

  5. RECRUITER: What is your expected Salary? CANDIDATE: You know the market better than me sir. But I am expecting a higher pay than my current job. RECRUITER: May I know your current salary please?
