IT Project Governance Committee Membership • Committee Member Responsibilities: • Responsible for attending and actively participating in the meetings. • Identify additional projects or enhancements that should be completed for the application. • Prioritize and fund these projects. • Ensure Change Management processes and procedure are instituted for the application • Share methods, tools, ideas, and potentially resources to assist with related work issues across the agencies’ user communities. • Identify business and policy constraints and issues, and recommend solutions for the user community. • Address major issues that have escalated from the user community. • Oversee budgetary issues • Resolve cross-agency/ jurisdictional issues • Represent agency project priorities in the event that agency initiatives are impacted by enterprise initiatives.
