Scope of the report • To provide a report about the usage of interconnection from technical and economical point of view • To collect different kind of useful information for market monitoring in a single report • To help national Regulators to achieve a common view on how to improve the congestion management within the region • ‚Light version‘ of the report is planned in a first step (as detailed data is not available in all countries)

  3. Structure of the report • Cross border flows in the CEE region and between the region and other countries (data from TSOs) • Congestion Management Methods within the region (NRAs) • Economic efficiency of these CM Methods • Capacity calculation and management

  4. Economic Efficiency Global figures and auction data • Comparison between actual and ex post assessment of congestion rent • Auction results for yearly, monthly and daily auctions • Secondary market • Efficient usage
