Monday Agenda Item 4.1.6 Emergency Services SG • At the July Plenary the 802.21 Emergency Services Study Group PAR that had been distributed to the rest of 802 for approval consideration was withdrawn. The Study Group itself was changed from a 802.21 Study Group to an Executive Committee Study Group. Geoff Thompson was appointed by the chair of 802 to be the chair of the new Emergency Services Executive Committee Study Group (ES-ECSG). • The meetings will be held in Waikoloa 3: • Tuesday 8:00 to 16:00 • Wednesday AM2 status report at 802.11 midweek plenary • Wednesday 13:30 to 18:00 • Thursday8:00 to 12:30 • Agenda will be: • Introduce new chair • Introduce established participants to new chair • Set ground rules for ECSG and organization thereof • Finalize schedule and agenda for the week • Review current PAR & 5 Criteria • Review July inputs to P&5C from other WGs • Generate (requested) status report to 802.11 (late Tues PM) • 802 Scope & architecture relationship discussions • Plans for going forward Bruce Kraemer, Marvell

The collection process will continue during November in the sessions marked PAR. • Please offer your suggestions in a form of "what is wrong" -- "here is how to fix it".... • In November expect to see a meeting slot on Monday and a slot Tues AM to finalize our comments/suggestions. • WG 11 input to the WGs will result in feedback supplied to us Wednesday evening. • The PAR time slot Thursday will be used to review feedback and prepare a Friday plenary presentation. • Note: Members of the relevant WGs may attend WG11 PAR discussions.
