Board Of Trustees • Committee Chairman-International Coordinator Lumad Youth Affairs • Ricardo Ferrer • Responsibility :1)Responsible in promoting AWE-SFI projects to the International committee, for moral, technical, Financial, cultural; and report the same to the Corporate secretary of the AWE-Association of Green launcher & Wellness services Inc

Chairman Committee • Culture & Arts-Vicente Gonzales- Basic Responsibility;1)Create atmosphere of sound camaraderie among the tribes under his area of responsibility 2)Promote peace & order by giving orientation program of the IPRA self governance program which is applicable as the needs arise.3)Initiate programs that are culturally enriching, 4)Conduct global research as to the current issues of the Indigenous people and the progress and development affecting their daily lives.

Committee of Education • Emmanuel Delina • Basic Responsibility 1)conduct research as to the needs and concerns of the Lumads covering the priority projects of Educating Inayawan Lumads 2)Plan and do some relevant project proposals that are beneficial to the Learners,and enroll the interested potential learners.3)Suggest ways & means where the youth can be motivated to give value to Education

Committee on Health & Sanitation • Datu Lintunganay-Basic responsibility 1)conduct research as to the health profile of the Lumads,the disabled,the ill, the health condition of the environment.2)Establish compilations as to the records of health benefits that the Lumads enjoyed from Government sectors, and other public and private donors.

  8. Committee on Sports • Datu Bagwis-1)Schedule tornaments that are essentially lumads in sstyle.2)Inspire the youth and adults as well to get involved in physical activites 3)Report the number of participants to the corporate Secretary the number of able and handicapped who can less perform

  9. Committee • Livelihood Committee- Kenneth Mortel,Basic responsibility 1)To gather appropriate information to the basic needs of economic problems of the Lumads 2)design trainings that is suitable to the capacity and adaptable to the environment to augment the source of economic needs

  10. Values Technical Consultant-Committee • Rev Fr. Miguel C. Cabrera Jr-Basic responsibility,1)promote Love and peace in the lives of the lumads group in terms of Christian precepts and religious freedom, 2)Conducts retreats and fellowships to reorient the value of recovering sound culture that is gradually deteriorated.

Physical facilities-Green Architecture • Louel Oliva Cuizon • basic responsibility, to design a center for accessible environment for the disabled benificiaries,report to the Board of Trustees the current trend of constructing infrastructures that are appropriate to the project, and may suggest the art of maintaining the same for maximum benefits it has to offer to the clients.

Duties and Responsibilities of the CEO-Trustees and members of the AWE • Article ll • Section l-Trustees section 1-Board of trustees-The corporate powers of the associations shall be exercised, its business conducted and its property controlled by the Board of Trustees • Sec ll-Qualifications-The trustees to be elected must be of legal age and members of the association. • Sec lll-Disqualification of Trustees or Officers-No member convicted by final judgment of an offense punishable by imprisonment for a period exceeding 6 years, or a violation of the corporation code of the Philippines committed within 5 years prior to the date of the election or appointment, shall qualify As a trustee or officer. • Sec 1V-Term of office of trustees- The trustees shall hold office for one year and until their successors are duly elected and qualified.

  13. OFFICERS • Article 111-1)Section 1-Officers of the associations shall be a President,Vice president,Secretary, and Treasurer • Section 11-Term of Office of Officers- All officers of the Association shall hold office for one year until their successors are duly elected and qualified. • Functions & Powers: Section 1)The president shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Association. He shall preside in all meetings of the members of the Association and the Board of Trustees.20he shall execute all resolutions of the Board of trustees. He shall be charged with directing with directing and overseeing the activates of the Association. He shall submit to the Board as soon as possible after the close of each fiscal year., and to the members of each annual meeting, a complete report of the activities and operations of the Associations for the fiscal year under her term. • Section 11-Vice president-The Vice President if qualified shall exercise all powers and perform all duties of the president during the absence or incapacity of the later and shall perform duties that maybe assigned by the BOARD OF TRUSTEES. • Section 111-Secretary- The secretary shall give all notices required by these by laws and keep the minutes of all meetings of the members and of the Board of Trustees in a book kept for the purpose. he shall keep the seal of the association and affix such seal to any paper or instrument requiring the same. he shall have custody of the members register and the correspondence files of the Association. he shall also perform all such other duties and work as the Board of Trustees may from time to time assign to him. • Section 1V-Treasurer-The Treasurer shall have the charge of the funds, receipts and disbursements of the assocciation.he shall keep all moneys and other valuables of the association in such banks as the Board of Trustees may designate. he shall keep and have charge of the Book of Accounts. he shall also perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Board of trustees.

Committee on Empowered Womens’s Affairs • Rhean Mortel-Basic Responsibility 1)conducts regular visitation to Lumad women to supervise their daily livelihood activities. 2)keep records to their health and sanitation concerns and Educational pursuits 3) Render reports to the Women secretary for the Board regular meetings to discuss

Women’s Livelihood & Cultural Affairs Committee • Gloria Delina- Basic Responsibility 1)Initiate income generating projects to augment the daily source of income to Alimaong women 2)Establish calendar of activities to enrich Alimaong culture by way of cultural presentations,such as the ‘ The Ancient form of courtship Alimaong Style. • 3)present those arts by way of looking sponsorships to finance the activities for general public “Cultural Show of festivals.dor women fundraising.
