  1. What is Chancery SMS? • A database that collects, organizes, stores and displays student information.

  2. Advantages • Student Names already in gradebook • Report Cards printed by school (not individually) • Attendance included on report card • UIL Reporting done automatically • No more Bubble Sheets • Be able to see historical grades (next yr.)

  3. Access from any computer on the PISD network User ID and password are the same as your network account (email, computer login)

  4. 2 types of Grade Score Sheets: • Teacher Owned Scoresheets • GRADE KEEPING • Built By Teacher • Individual Assignments • Calculates Averages Populated • Grading Period Scoresheets • GRADE REPORTING • Created by School • Scores that will appear • on Report Cards

  11. Attendance Click ‘A’ or ‘T’ for those students that are not present Once attendance has been submitted, a teacher CANNOT change!(Office personnel can change)
