Equality & Diversity Initiatives • All 1st year Apprentices complete a Certificate in Equality & Diversity Level 2 (Distance Learning) - To broaden understanding and expand their knowledge.- Helps to develop confidence and enhances their life skills Learners enjoy the course and benefit from it. Delivery • 1 day per week over 6 weeks • 3 days - Workbooks • 3 days – Assessment • Assessor learner interviews- Assessment of learners knowledge & understanding Co-ordination between Tutor and Assessor Tutor: “The apprentices love it, because it lets them have lots of discussion”
