  1. PO Box Committed Mail • All Express Mail and Priority Mail that was received from the plant prior to the PO Box up-time. • All First-Class Mail except redistribution mail (Hot Case and Throwback Case) that was not available immediately prior to the PO Box up-time. • All Periodicals received from the plant that met the Mail Arrival Profile, and all Periodicals that were DDU dropped shipped by a mailer on the previous day.

  2. PO Box Committed Mail • All Package Services, including the notice for packages that wont fit in the PO Box, that were received from the plant/BMC prior to the PO Box up-time. • All DDU Drop Shipment packages that were received and accepted by 0700. • All accountable mail including the notices.

  3. PO Box Committed Mail • All Standard Mail with today’s Delivery Color Code or earlier. • Scan the SPMS barcode when all of the committed mail has been walled to the PO Box. • Report any delayed PO Box mail in CSDRS.

  4. PO Box Mail “not yet available” • Any mail that arrives at the delivery unit after the PO Box uptime. • Preferential redistribution mail that was not available prior to the PO Box uptime. • All Standard Mail with a future Delivery Color Code. • Any DDU Drop shipped packages that arrive at the delivery unit after 0700. • Standard Mail with today’s Delivery Color Code or earlier that has not been worked yet (includes shrink wrapped pallets and CR bundles in wire containers)
