  5. Funding Information • Rocky Mountain Conference will fund a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) for eligible participants • Premiums will no longer be deducted from pension checks or paid to Conference office. • Tax-advantaged account used to reimburse you foreligible health care expenses

What Is an HRA? • Your HRA funds will be available January 1, 2013 • Unused $ roll-over for future use • Account for a couple is a jointaccount • You must meet Rocky Mountaineligibility requirements to qualify for HRA • Subsidy levels reviewed every 2 years • Conference will establish a “Safety Net” Fund to cover “outlier/extreme” costs.

  11. Claims Submission Premiums • Reimbursed by filing a paper/on-line claim • Reimbursed through Auto-reimbursement process (afterset-up) Unreimbursed Medical Expenses • Reimbursed by filing an on-line claim or a paper claim by mail or fax
