Consultation Feedback • Greatest number who responded were from charities followed by Community Groups, Voluntary Organisations and CICs. • Main area of work is ‘Community’, Health & Social Care’ and ‘Other’. • Key reasons for contacting hvoss: • Funding • Support and Advice • Volunteering Help and Support • Top 3 reasons for membership: • Funding • Networking • Volunteers • Support provided by hvoss helped the majority of respondents in the long-term. • The level of service delivered by hvoss was ‘Good’ and the majority of respondents would recommend hvoss’ services.

Consultation Feedback hvoss Services & Support: • Majority of respondents were aware of all services except for Advocacy and Representation. • Additional Support – Training, Voluntary Help, Networking, General Support and Advice. • Representation – between ‘Good’ and ‘Some’ representation. • Since the hvoss merger, half of those who responded felt they had better information about where to go for support and help.

  4. Membership • Good response from current members. • Encouraging interest from potential new members plus respondents who would like to know more. • Fixed Fee. • Support received for Preferred Supplier. • Key needs:

Next Steps • Look to strengthen the benefits hvosscurrently offers. • Spring 2014 – new training programme. • Spring 2014 – networking events. • Work with the hvoss board to fully review all the survey findings. • Explore new opportunities the survey has provided. • Review hvoss support towards Advocacy and Representation • Develop membership offering. • 2-tier membership • develop details of preferred supplier network. • Strengthen networking opportunities and membership participation. • Provide feedback on progress to all current and future members.
