  2. Content Gap Analysis and Provider Identification Two cross-functional teams focused on content identification, development and delivery: 1. Content Knowledge Assessment Team 2. Subject Matter Expert Team

  3. Content Knowledge Assessment Team Mission: Identify, evaluate and develop AFP’s knowledge base in the 12 communities to strategically position AFP as the portal for financial professionals.

  4. Content Review • Assess current content in 12 areas of interest • Identify gaps. What’s missing? What needs to be developed? • Prioritize the content development for each area of interest • Identify appropriate delivery mechanism

  5. Subject Matter Expert Team Mission: Develop a system for identifying subject matter experts for AFP’s 12 communities and develop a database for maintaining relevant information about both individuals and organizations
