  2. Puberty is a normal thing that happens to everyone. We are going to talk about boys. When you are around the age of 11 a gland in your brain called the pituitary gland releases hormones that flow around your body telling it to start growing like an adult. When you grow older the hormones create changes on your body. One of these changes is hair growth. You shall get hair on your face, under your arms and in pubic areas. You shall start producing more sweat and you will have to have a shower every day. If you don’t wash properly then you breathing pores on your face will get blocked and you will get pimples in there place. Your hair will produce more oil and you should wash it at least every 2 days. Your muscles will grow and you may get muscle pains. You will start to realize girls a lot more and you shall have feelings about them. Its alright. Also you may have wet dreams. You wake in the night or morning with some sticky stuff I'm between your legs. All of this is normal so don’t worry.
