  4. WEAKNESSES • Few volunteers know how to organize an IEEE conference • Not enough facilities for IEEE conferences • Poor participation of members presenting papers in IEEE main conferences • Poor use of IEEE tools for conferences

  5. OPPORTUNITIES • Growing interest of societies in finding new venues for conferences • New topics and technologies trends to discuss • Young Professionals • Virtual media
