  3. Workshop 1: QAS for partnersQuiz 4: evaluating your project • A good tool, should be interactive • Comments at the end are too childish • More positive comments: show the interest of evaluation. • Translation?

Workshop 1: QAS for partnersCheck list comments • Very well done, should facilitate dialogue between partners; • Too difficult for beginners; • Too long, indicate the link to the existing documents, instead of copying them; • It is more a ”self-monitoring” tool for the partnership; • Introduction: explain better ”how to use it”

  5. Workshop 1: QAS for partners • Change some wordings (evaluate/check); • Make it more ”Grundtvig” (ex: learning process) • Discussions in both groups about the presence of section G ”finances” • Distinguish levels: organisation/partnership

  7. Workshop 2: QAS for NATime line comments (1) • Too many extra tasks; • Not a ”manual” • Do not make it compulsory • It is a tool to build your national monitoring

  8. Workshop 2: QAS for NATime line comments (2) • Some activities may be focused on coordinators only ( ”proactive to coordinators, reactive to partners”); • Indicate relevant percentage of projects for each activity

  9. Workshop 2: QAS for NAOther subjects • Some tools are only ideas to be adapted (for example: survey by e-mail); • The documents ”application form for NA assistance” should not be on the official QAS website;
