  4. WHERE? Throughout the NMJ and most especially Your Valley!

  5. It’s Time for Every Valley to Celebrate!!!

  6. What? • We’re going to have a special Anniversary Edition of The Northern Light • We’re going to have an Anniversary book • We have marketing Posters available for placement in lodges • Other items are being developed at this time

  7. What? • We have brochures with award information and a petition for our members • A new informationalsimilar brochure has been produced for our prospective members

  8. What? • We have an anniversary lapel pin

  9. What? • We have developed a special Anniversary logo

  10. AND !!Every Candidate receiving the 32nd degree in 2012 and 2013 will receive a specially designed 200th anniversary pocket jewel * *Cost to be absorbed by Supreme Council for all candidates. Extras available at a cost of $25.

  11. Membership Goals The membership goal for our jurisdiction during the time period is 10,000 new members. This is 6% of our current membership and certainly an achievable goal. All petitions resulting in a new 32 degree Scottish Rite Mason during 2012 and 2013 will be included in the membership incentive effort.

  12. Membership Incentives • Multi-level incentives • A Valley Level Member Incentive • A Jurisdiction Wide Member Incentive • A Jurisdiction Wide Secretary’s incentive • A Jurisdiction Wide Membership Chairmen incentive * Incentives paid for by the Supreme Council

  13. Membership Incentives • Valley Level (for every Valley) • The Valley member with the most 1st Line Signer credits wins: A$500 Gift Card * • Second Place A$100 Gift Card * Incentives paid for by the Supreme Council

  14. General Rules for Eligibility • Valley 1st Line Signer Incentives • TheScottish Rite Member with the most1st line signer credits for the calendar years 2012 and 2013 will win first place for his Valley. • The Scottish Rite member with the second most 1st line signer credits for the calendar years 2012 and 2013 will win second place for his Valley. • All Valleys will be eligible for the 1st Line signer incentive • All Candidates must have taken the 32nd degree within the calendar years 2012 or 2013. • Reinstatements, although desired do not count as part of this incentive. • Affiliations, although desired do not count as part of this incentive. • All winners must be members in good standing. • Winners agree to promotional media use of their name and image by Supreme Council. • Valley Secretaries, Membership chairmen, Supreme Council staff, Valley staff, Active and Emeriti Members are not eligible for this incentive. • Winners will be determined through a summary report run from data in the MDS membership system.

Membership Incentives • Valley Level – Secretaries (4 Valley Level groups) • All Secretaries of Valleys that meet or exceed a 6% increase in new members during the promotional period will be entered into a random prize drawing. (2012-2013) (Four separate drawings by group) • First Prize is $1000 Cash • Second prize is a $250 Cash • Drawing to take place at the January 2014 Deputy’s meeting • First place winners should understand that an IRS form 1099 will be issued by Supreme Council for the year 2014. 6% calculation based upon new initiates as compared to active membership as of January 1, 2012

Membership Incentives • Valley Level – Membership Chairmen (4 Valley Level groups) • All Membership Chairmen of Valleys that meet or exceed a 6% increase in new members during the promotional period will be entered into a random prize drawing.   18. Membership Incentives • Jurisdictional Level – 1st Line Signer Member Drawing Each first line signers for each new initiate for the calendar years 2012 and 2013 will be entered into a random prize drawing.

  19. Jurisdictional Level First Prize A 14 day Land/Cruise tour for two to: $7500 Cash option: Winners must be in good standing and should understand that an IRS form 1099 will be issued by Supreme Council for the year 2014. • Alaska

  20. Jurisdictional Level Second Prize Drawing to take place at the January 2014 Deputy’s meeting. Winners must be in good standing and should understand that an IRS form 1099 will be issued by Supreme Council for the year 2014. • $2500.

  21. Jurisdictional Level Third Prize Drawing to take place at the January 2014 Deputy’s meeting. Winners must be in good standing . • $500.
